The ideal candidate must be a current college student working toward a degree in computer-related fields or business fields of study. Good technical abilities required, SQL helpful, customer service experience preferred. Candidate must have the ability to work independently and possess an excellent work ethic. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills. Must be a team player who can manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week.

Job Description and Wage Information:
Wage: $11.00-$15.00/hr. depending on experience. The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) currently has an opening for a SERFF Product Support intern. The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following: Assist in writing, executing, and documenting test plans. Assist in Business Analysis tasks, data entry, user registration for online tutorials, writing documentation, answer customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and e-mail. EOE
