Job Description and Wage Information:
Wage: $11.00 - $12.75 Aetna Insurance a mail order service provider is currently seeking Day (7a - 3:30p) and Evening (3:30p - 12mid) for our Customer Service Department. Act as a resource in the processing of prescription orders with an emphasis on prescription entry and prescription translation. Functional areas include prescription order entry, prescription entry, doctor calls and other areas as assigned. Read and interpret prescription orders. Collect appropriate information and documentation. Create, update and maintain required records and systems. Some experience preferred; on the job training provided.
