Qualifications:
Associate’s degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous management experience required.

Job Description and Wage Information:
Wage: Salaried - This position will supervise, train and schedule food and beverage team members and will be accountable for ensuring that guests receive a quality product in a timely manner. Also responsible for the control and accountability of revenues, expenses and inventories and will ensure proper preparation of accurate records. Candidate will be required to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
