HOSPITAL ADVOCACY
Healthcare Advocate (Backup Workers)- Responsible for being in an on-call rotation from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am (12 hr. shifts) Monday-Friday and Saturday and Sunday for Synergy’s hospital advocacy program. Responsible for carrying a beeper and responding to hospital advocacy call for support, referrals and aftercare to women who are victims of domestic violence or abusive environments. Assist in client intake assessments. Provides face to face advocacy services, typically in a hospital setting, to victims of domestic violence seeking medical care, including crisis intervention and support, safety planning, assistance in filing protection orders, access to emergency shelter, information and referral to resources.

Positions require Associates degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. BS degree preferred. Prior experience working in a social services agency providing support to clients desired. Will be trained in hospital advocacy protocols. SYNERGY HOUSE

Backup Workers (on-call position) willing to work overnight shifts - responsible for implementing daily activities and providing a safe, structured, therapeutic environment. Purchasing Clerk

The Purchasing Clerk is responsible for checking in all incoming products and guest packages. This person is also responsible for shipping guest packages and in house needs. Overnight SecurityDispatcher/Operator

Responsibilities may include dispatching security officers within the hotel to respond to calls. JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Human Resources (DHR) reports to the Executive Director. The DHR is a member of the senior management team and coordinates human resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. OVERSIGHT OF COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Manage compensation information, documentation and reports
•Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs.
•Adjust paid leave balances,
•Ensure leave reports are correct
Prepare occupational classifications and salary scales.
•Review all salary and wage scales; propose appropriate revisions Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems. Complete salary survey questionnaires. Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
•Review FLSA classifications.
Manage benefits information, documentation and reports.
Periodically review benefits packages and propose changes.
•Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

2. RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
