Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED or a minimum of six months related customer service experience.

Job Description and Wage Information:
Wage: $10.75/hr with increase after 90 days - This position will promptly handle all incoming and outgoing calls through telephone and switchboard communication systems in a courteous and efficient manner. Handle guest complaints and take appropriate action, inform management when guests are dissatisfied or experience a problem and conduct guest call-backs to ensure satisfaction. Complete all requests for hotel room reservations and perform entry of reservation information into property management system.
