Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency degree. Pass a security check as required by Medicaid regulations. Have or be able to attend 40 hours of training. Must have reliable transportation.

Job Description and Wage Information: (Wage: 10.15) Provide supervision and support services to severely emotionally disturbed children/adolescents. Provide transportation to and from various activities or appointments. Assist in developing and providing structured activities. Maintain appropriate records for reporting, evaluation, accounting and clinical purposes.

Communicate with and follow recommendations of treatment team pertaining to child's goals. This is an excellent summer position for students who are wanting to go into psychology or social work. For students who are wanting to go into the social service field this is an excellent practical experience position. This position starts 05/09and ends 08/09.
