Minimum Qualifications: Must have a Certificate in Paralegal and/or experience in law research preparation of legal documents, interviewing witnesses and victims and investigation of facts. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check or any combination providing the required knowledge/skills.

Job Description and Wage Information:
Wage: $11.61/hr. Will aid Assistant prosecutors in the identification, review and investigation of violent cold case crimes in Jackson County which are capable of being solved with DNA technology. Responsible to seek out, correlate and enter data involving these cases. Responsible for researching dispositions, obtaining police case files, copying police files and updating and maintaining cold case databases at Kansas City Police Crime Laboratory, Jackson County Prosecutor's Office and police agencies in Jackson County.
