Job Description and Wage Information:
Part time impact maintains effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom. Part-time associates are typically required to work one to two shifts per week on average, each shift being about 5 hours. Part-time associates are expected to be on-call at least one shift per week. The following list summarizes the tasks of the part time impact position. Maintains visual and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom.

Executes and updates floorsets, including lighting, placement, and folding, to Hollister standards. Cleans, organizes, and maintains store and stockroom. Notifies manager about damaged merchandise, and ensures damaged items are properly organized. Creates a fun and engaging environment by upholding Hollisters vision and standards. Adheres to Hollister guidelines in personal appearance and rules of conduct. Respects and values the diversity of others. Communicates with others in a timely and appropriate manner. Develops good working relationships with others. Keeps manager informed of store maintenance and cleanliness, as well as stockroom performance and issues. Follows Hollister procedures, including Program and Handbook Policies, as well as all managerial instructions and assignments. Arrives, clocks in, and clocks out promptly for shift. Participates as an active team member in accomplishing team goals. Demonstrates self-leadership behaviors. Participates in training meetings to ensure company standards are met. Seeks out, listens to, and uses feedback to improve job performance. Recruits and recommends candidates for store positions.

Scans and processes shipment boxes using correct procedures, organizes merchandise in stockroom, separates and prioritizes merchandise (e.g., “IF”, critical, flow, update), and maintains all merchandise in a neat and organized fashion according to Hollister system standards. Address all maintenance issues with management staff. Standardizes and fills store, using filling cart properly, by completing and styling all table layers and form and faceout changes according to USR report, program, and visual guidelines. Corrects visual and maintenance issues. Steams merchandise. Customer experience. Greets, thanks, interacts with, and assists all customers to exceed their expectations and ensure they are satisfied with their Abercrombie experience. Keeps up to date on merchandise choices to share this knowledge with customers. Follows all Hollister safety and security policies. Monitors shrink by being aware of signs of theft, communicating customer service recovery statements, and assisting loss prevention in the event of theft.
