Collections Representative

Outbound collections representatives calling on behalf of clientele to bring delinquent accounts current. Must be reliable with proven customer service, communication and listening skills;. Good listening skills,positive attitude and competitive in nature to obtain top pay scale is desired.

Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform data‐entry and use MS Office applications
One year call center experience preferred.
CSR Loan Underwriter $12/hr ‐ 8303109

Responsible for processing online applications for small loans. Handle all correspondence with customers using confidence, courtesy and professionalism. Verify all information provided and communicate effectively to customers the terms and conditions of the loan.

Requirements:
Associates Degree
