Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. At least 3 years of experience in Boilers and HVAC. 3. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, steam, HVAC, basic refrigeration, and computerized control systems. 4. Ability to read building and control prints. 5. Ability to solve problems. 6. Good communication skills. 7. Ability to work Friday through Sunday, noon to midnight and cover other shifts as needed.

Job Description and Wage Information:
1. Operate boilers, air handlers, cooling systems, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, fire systems, air compressors, water softeners, electric switch gear, domestic water systems, and moisture detection systems. 2. Operate computer systems that monitor HVAC, fire, and security systems. 3. Perform complete building and equipment checks. 4. Perform chemical tests and water treatment on HVAC equipment. 5. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to HVAC equipment and update PM system software as work is completed. 6. Operate snow removal equipmen(bobcat & truck) as needed.
