Qualifications:Must have HS Diploma/GED. Must have a minimum of one year of experience in grounds maintenance and/or light equipment operations or related experience. Must possess a Class B commercial drivers license with air brake endorsement or ability to obtain the same within 6 months of hire. Submit to/pass post offer drug screen. BARGAINING UNIT POSITION.

Job Description and Wage Information: Wage: $9.44/hr. Responsible for operating light construction and grounds maintenance equipment: skid-loader, wheel loader, water truck, dump truck, trash compactor truck and other equipment. Mows grass and weeds, trim trees and brush, removes snow and ice as required.
