Job Description and Wage Information:
The position as Cook is responsible for daily coordination of work flow in the Nutrition Services Department. Works autonomously and makes decisions on own, when necessary. Is fully responsible for all operations of the kitchen when the Nutrition Services Manager, Clinical Coordinator and/or Work Leaders are not available. Maintains appropriate inventory levels; monitors and ensures adequate staffling levels on a daily and shift basis.
