The wage for this position is $4.50/hour plus tips. Must be able to work Friday and Saturday evenings, and holidays. Serve beverages to guests in a quick, efficient and courteous manner; perform sidework to maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in assigned work areas. Responsible for familiarization of cocktails and prices in order to insure proper ordering and expedition of beverage orders. Suggest and up sell cocktails. Observe and anticipate guest’s needs in order to fill any additional requests or needs. Serve tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by your supervisor. Inform immediate supervisor if a critical supply or service situation should arise
