Job Description and Wage Information:
Wage: $27,000 TO $35,000 annually. This position will be responsible for the functions needed to support the customers in the routing of their freight. Customer Service is a part of this, but so is reporting & analysis. The job is somewhat fast paced. You will spend a good deal of time on the phone and navigating around our Transportation Management Software (which we train you to use). The job is from 8am-5pm however 7am-6pm is sometimes required during busy times of the year or when you’ve been assigned a special project.

You will report to the Operations Manager whom you will work with side-by-side to learn the position. You will have your own office space within a larger office with the purpose of working with several others on a team. The team is responsible for routing freight, customer service, reports, analysis, problem solving. 80% of the day is solving problems so we are looking for good minds that are willing to think! While this is the position we are hiring for, we’re looking for individuals who want to come aboard a “family-run” business interested in people before profits. We are a web-based provider of freight transportation services, serving small to medium sized businesses.
