Job Description and Wage Information:
Customer Care Specialist - $10.75+ Basic Job Function: Customer Care Specialists are responsible for delivering the highest possible quality service and education to our customers. They also enhance the image of Time Warner Cable by delivering customer satisfaction in a variety of situations. This position operates in a team environment and reports directly to a Customer Care Supervisor. Accountabilities: 1. Provides quality customer service over the phone or by correspondence with customers. 2. Projects a professional image to the public at all times. 3. Sells product packages‚ including cable television‚ high-speed internet and digital phone service‚ based on customer interests and needs. 4. Provides a variety of information to customers such as rates‚ billing‚ technical assistance and order scheduling.

Acts as a liaison between customers and other departments in the company. 6. Resolves problems by using available information and good judgment and decision-making skills with the ultimate goal delivering customer satisfaction. 7. Provides support to teams by participating in administrative duties‚ team meetings‚ problem solving and decision-making.
