Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED. Three years’ service experience, preferably in healthcare, social services or a similar service position. Life experiences such as providing elder care, being a primary care giver, or volunteer work within the community are preferred.

Job Description and Wage Information: The Customer Care Representative acts the important first-line of contact with customers, setting the tone for how members view our company and services, providing members with the right information at the right time to help them make better decisions about their health and health care. S/he Delivers the highest quality customer service through the execution of empathy, problem solving, pro-active responsiveness, reliability, assurance/confidence, and professionalism on every plan participant interaction in a patient-focused call center environment. Pay range is between $11.50-$12.50 per hour. Flexiblility to work evenings and/or weekends is required.
