Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; administrative experience required; excellent communication, organizational & interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Publisher; complete a medical physical and negative for TB; complete KBI/SRS child abuse registry check.

Job Description and Wage Information:
Answer phone * Provide back-up phone coverage * Keep copy machine operational * Order supplies and schedule repairs * Maintain master calendars * Schedule events * Publish and distribute a monthly HCC calendar * Create and distribute membership directory * Create and maintain weekly bulletins * Create and maintain children’s electronic and paper files * Create and maintain employee’s files * Manage the child and adult food program * Create and update a repair list * Assist with tuition payment processing * Assist with bill payment processing * Create and distribute newsletter * Create and update marketing and enrollment material * Assist with fundraising event planning
