QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS • Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) • Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English and follow verbal and/or written instructions • Must be able to work well with others of diverse backgrounds in a team production environment • Requires the ability to focus and concentrate in order to perform repetitive assembly production line operations • Required to maintain a steady pace in performance of production tasks • Requires flexibility/willingness to cross train and work on various product lines • Basic math skills required. Must be able to count, add, subtract, use a calculator and stop watch • Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time • Must be a self-starter/take initiative • Commitment to quality workmanship • Must have good memory skills and the ability to pay attention to detail • Position requires high emphasis on reliability, which requires good attendance • Minimum six months to one year working in a production environment preferred MENTAL/PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Must possess good eyesight; correctable to 20/20 • Must be able to stand for 10 hours per day, bend, stretch and lift up to and including 50 lbs. • Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment • Must have good retention and be detail oriented with high emphasis on accuracy. • Manual dexterity required for re-manufacturing cartridges • Positive attitude • Must be able to understand basic processes • Ability to solve problems

Job Description and Wage Information: Wage: starting pay for these positions is $9.00/hr and goes to $9.30/hr after 90 days. InkCycle is a strong, growing company with room for growth. Processes inkjet cartridges for resale. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES • Standing and operating machinery in a fast-paced production environment May be performing any of the following: • Prepping inkjet cartridges for production • Inspecting cartridges for damage • Working on production line for remanufacturing/refilling cartridges • Responsible for ensuring quality product • Perform basic processes under close supervision • Track production numbers and write them legibly for reporting to management • Provide input to management on ideas that could streamline/improve manufacturing processes • Required to meet production goals and schedules • Ensure safety and housekeeping practices are followed • Must comply with all Company policies and procedures • Care for Company assets • As proficiency grows, may assist with training new operators as needed • Perform duties as assigned
