Qualifications:
The qualified applicant will have a high school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in an Associate's degree program or one year full-time related work experience, preferably in the area of computer science, multimedia or graphic design. Demonstrated skills in one or more of the following areas will be required: HTML, SQL, VBScript, ASP, relational database management.

Job Description and Wage Information:
Wage: $12.00 hour. This position involves answering telephone calls from students who need assistance with web-based PeopleSoft self-serve applications, web-based email, and distance education software, Blackboard. Ideal candidate must be able to work up to 20 hours a week, and be available between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The candidate should also have good customer service skills, some technical support experience is preferred, and the ability to complete basic web development projects.
