Job Description and Wage Information:
We are hiring seasonal associates to work during the tax season in our downtown location. The starting wage for these seasonal positions is $10.25 an hour and can vary depending on position and experience. Free parking is provided and there is a discounted bus pass program for our associates. We are looking for individuals available for daytime hours with flexibility for night and weekend shifts.

• Client Service Representative starting immediately The Client Services department is responsible for providing clients with information regarding their client experience.

• FIN Bookkeeper starting the beginning of January The FIN Bookkeeping department handles bookkeeping for the retail tax offices.

• Payroll Bookkeeper starting immediately The Payroll department processes payroll for field seasonal associates.

• Rapid Refund Representative starting in mid-January The Rapid Refund department monitors electronically filed tax returns to ensure the return is successfully processed by the Internal Revenue Service.
