Qualifications:

Knowledge of business and/or insurance policies and procedures; customer service concepts and practices. Familiarity with one or more of the following: systems concepts and products; programming languages; product terminology and processes; regulatory and compliance issues. Oral and written communication skills for contact with customers and work documentation. Ability to analyze systems and/or customer needs and make recommendations to workflow, processing and/or systems problem resolutions. Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations such as percentages.

Job Description and Wage Information:

Wage: $41,000. Shift is Sun- Thurs, first shift. Serves as a liaison to internal customers for changes to existing processing systems and/or business requirements. Performs related testing activities for manual/automated systems. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Serves as liaison between business customer and applications systems.Interviews customers for requirements, identifies business needs or problems, and recommends business or systems solutions. Develops, edits, maintains, publishes and distributes user guides and processing related workflow documentation. Revises and distributes product related information. Trains customers on report generation, procedures and system changes; provides demos and walk-throughs. Provides technical assistance to customers in resolving day-to-day systems or business problems; may include support of personal computer based applications.Serves on project teams. Participates in analysis and design with application team. Assists in development of scope documents.Maintains current knowledge of customer business processes and products.Researches and analyzes existing systems, procedures, products and/or work flow needs. Participates in post-implementation analysis process. Collects data to support cost/benefit analysis. Develops test data and conducts testing for modified systems. Develops detailed test plans based on technical specifications.Analyzes, documents and communicates testing criteria and results for compliance with specifications.
