Job Description and Wage Information:
Wage: Depending upon experience, the salary starts around $30,000 plus commissions and performance bonuses. The Manager-in-Training is trained to perform all functions of the store manager but is subordinate to the store manager until called to fill a store manager position. The MIT is one of the prime customer service representatives in the store and an example to other customer service representatives. The MIT helps the manager to see that all policies and procedures are followed and performs retail management functions.
