Minimum Qualifications: Must have a High School diploma/GED and one year experience in complete building maintenance and repair and be able to lift at least 100 lbs. Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen.

Job Description and Wage Information:
Wage: $9.44/hr. Responsible for performing a variety of services in the Criminal Justice Building and the Department of Corrections. Required to respond to work orders and verbal instructions from the Lead Building Repairman, Tradesman and the Compliance Maintenance Supervisor.
