Qualifications:Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED, be 18 years or older, able to work weekends and attend a 4-week paid training session as follows: Monday through Friday, 8-2:30 p.m. or 3:00-9:30 p.m. The candidate must pass a criminal background check, State Security Licensing, and a drug test. Professional communication skills include: typing 20 wpm (typing test given), PC proficient, comfortable handling potential emergency or stressful situations, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Customer service or call center experience, along with a stable work history is preferred.

Job Description and Wage Information:
Wage: $10.00 per hour, plus $0.50-1.00 shift differential. ADT has immediate career opportunities in our Customer Monitoring Center. Full-time schedules available. No sales, no telemarketing, no collections. This position handles incoming security alarm signals and responds per instruction. Team members make outbound calls in order to contact customers, emergency contacts and Police/Fire Departments regarding alarm matters (i.e. notification of alarm, verification of alarm activity).
