Program Management – Program Coordinator

Multi Service Corporation seeks a Program Coordinator for the Program Management department. Multi Service Program Coordinators work on a variety of programs which provide transaction management services to Multi Service clients. The Program Management group works with internal teams that include systems/IT, financial controls, customer service, accounting, and credit in addition to interacting with external clients, customers, and merchants.

Duties Include: Gathering and analyzing user requests, preparing and managing project plans and schedules, writing and reviewing business requirements, writing and executing detailed system test plans, extensive system testing, system defect reporting and tracking, project quality assurance, training internal and external users, identify and resolve technical or procedural problems, managing project target completion dates, facilitating program growth, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum required attributes and skills: Experience with advanced problem identification and solution, critical thinking and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines, demonstrated ability to work in both a team and independent environments, very detail oriented, one year previous project management experience in an information technology field, technical writing experience, highly motivated and organized, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience with interdepartmental and customer relationship management.

College degree and exposure to all aspects of business including marketing, accounting, credit, IT and sales are preferred. Bi-lingual preferred, but not required. There is potential travel nationally.
