Air/Sea – Support Representative

Duties: Work in a fast-paced environment answering inbound calls from diverse personalities regarding fuel-related purchases, billing disputes, answering account questions, ordering additional or replacement credit cards and providing reports to our customers and our client. Successful candidate will have experience or knowledge pertaining to one or more of the following aspects of business: accounting, finance, and training.

Needs: 6 months of customer support experience necessary, while 1 year experience and phone customer service experience preferred. A multi-tasking, team player with Microsoft Office Suite, at an intermediate level, excellent communication and interpersonal and organizational skills are a must. Technically inclined with experience in web-based purchasing systems is helpful. Experience working with the military, on military projects, worldwide aviation and/or marine fuel industry or general government purchasing contracts is helpful.
