Minimum Requirements:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of administrative or clerical experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint tools. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate with both department personnel as well as other key departments within the Company. Must possess good organization skills and the ability to develop a variety of work reports and presentations. The candidate must be successful with the SASS Test.
Special Requirements:
An Associate's degree, Administrative Professional Certification or equivalent is preferred.
Position Responsibilities:
The incumbent will provide secretarial and administrative services for the Transmission Policy, Planning and Compliance Departments. This includes monthly and annual budget support, development of presentations, files and records maintenance, invoice processing, expense reports, travel arrangements, meeting planning and coordination. Also, provide central contact and coordination for 801 Charlotte notifications, video conferencing, conference room contact and Enterprise Daily Time.
