Minimum Requirements:
The Application Programmer/Analyst III position requires a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field and 4 years of applications programming experience; OR 6 years of applications programming experience.
The Application Programmer/Analyst II position requires a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field and 2 years of applications programming experience; OR 4 years of applications programming experience.
The position requires two (2) years of applications development experience with SQL, Visual Basic and document management products such as Global 360’s Empower/emVision360, IBM’s FileNet, or SKIRE.
Special Requirements:
Working knowledge of any of the following is a plus: Cold Fusion, HTML, XML or Web Services. Must be flexible and able to work on a variety of applications, be responsible and self-motivated, able to manage large projects, and have good verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of people.
Position Responsibilities:
This position typically provides application expertise and support for a limited number of system applications/business functions. This position plays a key role in designing, encoding, testing and
documenting the development and modification of applications. In addition, this position assumes a
leadership role on medium-size projects. This position will support and maintain a variety of document management systems.
