Technical Support - Technical Support Representative

Duties: Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, software, hardware, network and peripherals. Support and maintain user account information including rights, security and groups. Install and maintain network and phone wire and cable interconnections. Help Desk support, both by phone and in person.

Needs: Recent experience with basic phone installation, PC's, Windows Active Directory, MS Office, computer hardware, software and networking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer Service experience helpful. Minimum of two years experience needed working with hands-on desktop technical support. Recent experience with installing network and phone wiring and cabling required. UNIX and LINUX experience is preferred, but not required.
