Hillcrest Thrift Shop, located in the Northland, is hiring a full-time Thrift Shop Manager. The position includes some evening & weekend hours. Hillcrest Thrift Shop is an extension of the Hillcrest Transitional Housing Program, with revenues benefiting homeless families in the Hillcrest program.

Responsibilities
The Thrift Store Manager duties will include marketing, recruiting donations, volunteers & potential buyers; managing all aspects of the store, including displays, staff, volunteers, sales, daily cash reconciliation and sales tracking.

Qualifications
The qualified candidate will possess the ability to effectively recruit both store volunteers and buyers, market the store to a broad spectrum of constituents, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to reconcile daily cash totals and cash handling experience essential.

Full Time, General Management Position in Retail Salary High 30,000 per yr

Benefits include full health & dental paid for employee, plus up to $250 per month for family health &/or dental; mileage reimbursement; 3 paid personal days; 2 weeks paid vacation at employee's 6 month anniversary; 9 paid holidays; matching 403B after 1 year.
